<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Each type has different characteristics, but all types commonly avoid getting close to other people and have clear reasons why they became Avoidants.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000\">Please think of a big tree.&nbsp; <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>The current Avoidant symptoms are simply branches and leaves.&nbsp; The core issue is the root of the tree<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"> (i.e. past traumatic experience).<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<h2>The main 6 causes:<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>What are the main causes of Avoidant issues?<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>It certainly depends on people, but there are mainly 6 different causes.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>1. Intrusive mothers<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>Under your intrusive mother<\/strong>, you got hurt as she often ignored your feelings and told you what to do.&nbsp; When you try to get close to someone, you start to wonder &#8220;what if I may get hurt again as my feelings will be ignored.&#8221;&nbsp; You try to protect yourself by keeping a distance and hiding true feelings.<\/div>\n<div>Intrusive mothers often give unsolicited advice, using language such as <strong>&#8220;do this, don&#8217;t do that.&#8221;&nbsp; Thus, you are very sensitive to the language.&nbsp; <\/strong><\/div>\n<div>This is the key reason why Avoidants tend to rebel against directions and orders.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>2. Overprotective mothers<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div>While intrusive mothers try to control and restrain their children, <strong>overprotective mothers spoil their children by accepting children&#8217;s requests and wishes such as<\/strong>;<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; I want toys<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; I want to eat more snacks<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; I do not want to study<\/div>\n<div>We need discipline.&nbsp; In social life, we need to learn to harmonize with other people.<\/div>\n<div>Growing up under overprotection builds a strong sense of entitlement.&nbsp; However, when we become an adult, such mindsets create challenges in life.<\/div>\n<div>If you realize your mistakes and correct the sense of entitlement, you will be fine.&nbsp; However, when you refuse or fail to change your mindset, you start to avoid close relationships with other people.<\/div>\n<div><strong>And you get attracted to an Anxious type who is similar to your overprotective mother who lets you do whatever you want.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Also, you may pretend as a good person at a superficial level.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>3.
