Checklist 25 for Anxious attachment style

Please see the checklist below.
1. Once falling in love, you are thinking about the person all the time.
2. You are anxious if you will be dumped or cheated.
3. When you are not physically with your partner, you worry about what he/she is doing.
4. When he/she is not replying or is taking time to reply to your calls/texts, you get anxious or you assume that he/she may stop loving you.
5. You always worry about and try to read his/her feeling and mood.
6. You give in to his/her needs.
7. You seek unconditional and perfect love.
8. You sometimes explode, throwing your frustration at your partner.
9. When you find his/her recent activities via social networks, you tend to spend loads of time to further checking what he/she is doing.
10. You easily fall in love and fall out of love.
11. Your relationship tends to be short, and you quickly find a new partner.
12. When your relationship is going well, your work and life are stable.  On the other hand, when not, you do not manage your life well.
13. You want to do anything for him/her.
14. You want to be needed.  You feel self-worth when you are needed.
15. You do not like to spend time alone and be alone.
16. You want to be with someone – anyone is better than being alone.
17. You are not attracted to sincere and secure types of partners.
18. You feel that you cannot live without him/her.
19. You do anything to make him/her stay when you feel that he/she is leaving you.
20. You think that you are the only one who can support and change him/her.
21. When your friends/families criticize your partner, you need to fight back.
22. Having sex is the only way for you to feel love.
23. If you are not loved by someone, you are worthless.
24. If you put up with and give in, this relationship should work.
25. Deep down, he/she is actually a good person.

You have unstable emotions and face strong pains, impacting your daily life.  Please avoid getting worse.

9+ : Heavy Anxious attachment level

You are under “addiction”, impacting your daily life heavily.  You need to treat it as soon as possible.
